Real products. Real purpose.

We’re Tanlee and Justin, a young couple from Red Deer, Alberta. We got into this because we started paying attention to what was actually in our everyday products and didn’t love what we found. We handcraft our whipped tallow butter ourselves in small batches, and everything else in our shop is sourced from small makers we’ve personally tried and trust. Nothing makes the cut unless it meets our standard for clean ingredients and real results.

Shop small. Think bigger

Most people don’t realize how many unnecessary chemicals are hiding in the products they reach for every day. From moisturizer to supplements, ingredient lists are long, names are unpronounceable, and the effects quietly add up over time. We started TheCommonUnity because we wanted a better option. Simple ingredients, honest labels, and products that actually work without the stuff your body was never meant to absorb. If we wouldn’t use it ourselves, it doesn’t make it into our shop.

Giving back where it counts

Between fostering over 20 rescue dogs, spending free time hiking through the Alberta wilderness, and working full time, our products come out of a real lifestyle. We’re not a lab or a corporation. We’re two people who got tired of reading ingredient labels we couldn’t trust and decided to do something about it. Every product we carry is something we actually use ourselves, either made by our own hands or sourced from people who care about ingredients as much as we do.
