Sweet little Rosie came to us under heartbreaking circumstances. At just 4 months old, she was found alone on the side of the highway skinny, sick, and with the saddest eyes you’ve ever seen. It was clear she had been through more than any puppy ever should. During those first couple of weeks with us, Rosie mostly slept. She was quiet and still, as if her little body and soul were just trying to recover from it all. But even in her silence, her sweetness came through gentle, trusting, and kind. As she healed, we watched a beautiful transformation unfold. Slowly but surely, her spark returned. The playful puppy she was always meant to be began to shine through curious, goofy, and full of life. Rosie eventually found the perfect forever home with a loving family and a new best friend, a fellow German Shepherd, to grow up with. Knowing she’s safe, happy, and deeply loved makes every moment of her journey worth it.
